Ephesians 4:4-7 “For there is one body and one Spirit, just as you have been called to one glorious hope for the future. There is one Lord, one faith, one baptism, and one God and Father, who is over all and in all and living through all. However, he has given each one of us a special gift through the generosity of Christ.”
Chapelwood embodies grace to the city of Houston and surrounding areas by seeking to support organizations that are effectively responding to the critical needs of the underserved, vulnerable, and neglected in our community. Chapelwood strives to stabilize and support children and families in Spring Branch in ways that inspire members to connect with the needs of this community. We particularly focus on activities that support the SBISD’s T-2-4 goal, which seeks to increase not only the number of students graduating, but also the number of those who obtain a technical, 2 or 4 year degree upon graduation.

Christ calls us to go into Judea, Samaria, and unto the ends of the world. Feeding the hungry, clothing the naked, standing beside the downcast, and working for justice are signs of the Kingdom coming. Chapelwood intentionally builds relationships with communities in the US and several countries around the world, including Haiti, Kenya, Costa Rica, Estonia and Mexico. We work in collaboration with our in-country partners in ministries that are identified by the leaders in the community to encourage self-sufficiency.

Matthew 28:19 -20 “Therefore, go and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit. Teach these new disciples to obey all the commands I have given you. And be sure of this: I am with you always, even to the end of the age."
