Deepen your connection to Christ through prayer, breath work and stretching
Christian Yoga will resume this Spring on Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 5:30 p.m. in Williams 101.
All levels are welcome ~ from beginner to adanced. No experience is necessary. Participants are asked to bring a mat, a towel and water.
This class is a time to rest in God, release the burdens of stress and embrace His strength. Come experience His presence through movement and meditation on His word.
