Volunteer to support students from Pre-K through high school and beyond as envisioned in S.B.I.S.D.'s T-2-4 goal of increasing the number of students who obtain a technical, two or four-year degree. Panda Path Pre-K Reading Pals 

Give children a love of reading by volunteering to spend one hour a week reading to them.

Spring Branch Elementary reading buddy 

Whether you thrive in math, reading, or love the smell of library books, you can be a tutor or mentor in Spring Branch. 

Enrichment Volunteers

Volunteers are needed to help students with homework, help with crafts, and recreation after school at Fair Haven campus.

S.W.A.P. - Students With Amazing Potential 

SWAP is a monthly program helping students from Spring Oaks Middle School by introducing them to career and higher education possibilities and building relationships with them through small groups. 

Collegiate Challenge Mentor 

A mentoring ministry at Northbrook High School, Collegiate Challenge pairs you with a student senior and helps with the college application and financial aid application processes.

Backpack Buddy Program

Deliver food bags to hungry children in Spring Branch each week. 

Year Round Manna

Volunteers are needed to do home visits to determine the needs of referred families.

SBISD Teacher Appreciation Lunches

Volunteers serve lunch, provide desserts, or provide decorations at annual lunches.

Say Yes to the PRom Dress

High school girls in Spring Branch I.S.D. shop and are outfitted for their prom. We need dresses and volunteers for this event!

Local Volunteer Opportunities

East Spring Branch Food Pantry

 Volunteers greet, interview, and accompany guests through the pantry. 

Fair Haven Food Pantry

Volunteers interview clients, enter client data into our computer, sack groceries, pick up bakery goods at grocery stores, receive and coordinate food drives. 

Memorial Area Ministries

Volunteers are needed in the following areas: resale shop, intake for emergency services, teaching English, assisting M.A.M.'s job assistance program.

RaiseUp Families

 Volunteers are needed to tutor adults for the G.E.D., offer administrative office support, and organize items for helpful kits such as first aid kits, personal hygiene kits, and school supplies.  

Spring Branch Family Development Center

The center needs volunteers for the annual health fair in August, back-to-school events, and in various other capacities.
