P85 Group: Spiritual and community support for anyone living with mental illness
The name P85 comes from Psalm 85.10: Mercy and Love and Faithfulness meet in the street. Right Living and Peace embrace and kiss!
Who’s it for: Any person living with mental illness in any of its many and varied expressions. Any friend or family member who loves someone living with mental illness. All who have a desire to be supported in their spiritual journey, particularly as we journey through the challenges of our mental health.
When: Saturday nights, 7-8 p.m. following Mercy Street. Childcare provided for people attending Mercy Street – pick up children at 7:55.

Facilitators: Betsy Hammer and Betsie McClimans know first hand what it’s like to live with mental illness. Betsie McClimans is Mercy Street’s director of community care. Betsie Hammer is a psychiatric nurse at Menninger Clinic and holds a Masters of Divinity degree from Fuller Theological Seminary. Contact Betsie@mercystreet.org for more information.
