WELCOME TO 4TH & 5TH GRADE
In Fourth and Fifth Grade we are committed to providing a Christ-centered, discussion based, safe, and engaging space for tweens. As we recognize the importance of Faith, Christ, and the Church in upper elementary, we at Chapelwood look to provide for our tweens' spiritual needs in hopes they find coming to church an enjoyable experience. Above all, we want to teach Jesus' most precious commandment, "to love one another," by encouraging small group discussion, inclusivity, and community fellowship.
In Sunday School we implement discussion based curriculum provided by Orange.

Melanie Arreaga will be leading this age group. Stay tuned for email communication from her regarding 4th and 5th grade lessons.
Beginning in the fourth grade we offer the opportunity for our Chapelwood children and students to assist in our worship services as an Acolyte. During our 11:15am worship service Acolytes participate by processing in with our cross and serve by lighting and extinguishing candles on the communion or alter table. If your child would like to participate in worship as an Acolyte please register below. For more information, contact Allison Johnson.
During this time our hope is to reach families across all ages and stages by providing resources that can be used at home and during worship. Here you will find information and access to our My Worship Bag, Chapelwood Children App, Pinterest Page, YouTube Channel, and Facebook. We offer information on Crisis Conversations and a direct link to Pastor LM for prayer requests.
Melanie Arreaga is our 4th - 5th Grade Director.
