Once registered, you will receive a link for your student to take the Birkman assessment. The deadline for registration is Sunday, March 2, 11:59 p.m. The deadline for taking the Birkman assessment is Wednesday, March 18th. Students will meet on Sunday, March 30, April 6th, and April 13th, from 5:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. to review and understand their results. We will meet each week in the Fireside Room. Students can then stay for dinner and Life Groups afterward.

The Birkman assessment and college prep class allows juniors to understand better themselves, their interests, and potential career paths. Birkman helps organizations and individuals unlock reliable, data-driven insights to propel collaboration and people forward in their respective fields. One way the birkman is helpful is by knowing that personality is like a fingerprint – no two are exactly the same. When no two people are alike in how they show up, their interests, stresses, and ideal areas, they will need individualized insights, not just a generic career path.
