Senior Adult Tour of The Brookwood Community

Chapelwood members are part of the vision and founding of The Brookwood Community, a premiere living, learning, and working home for adults with disabilities. Through the years, we have had many families involved as residents, staff, and volunteers. If you do not know about this beautiful place, or if you have been 100 times, we invite you to join us as we tour this wonderful facility and learn about this beloved community.
