Stewardship of Gifts 2021
"Seeds of Hope"
We stand at the threshold of a new chapeter in our lives. 2020 is behind us and while we still have some sacrifice to give to make it through the pandemic brout on by the coronavirus, we can see the light begin to break over the horizon. A new day is in front of us and in front of all those in our community.
2020 has awakened the world to the need of community, trust, faith, and spirituality. But the world will wish to connect to those things through new models…they are looking for authentic and creative connections that make a tangible difference in their lives.
Chapelwood has been hard at work in 2020 and will continue into 2021, but we have also been prayerfully discerning what the post-pandemic world will look like in a community of faith. We are getting ready for a new mission field. This field is one in which God is already working…God is sowing the seed as God always has…it is incumbent upon us to make sure the soil is ready to receive the seeds. We have a once-in-a-generation opportunity to cultivate the ground around us. We desire the seeds of God to be received in transformative ways by those in our world.
Join us January 17 – February 7 as we focus on the Seeds of Hope for 2021. We will ask all of our members and supporters to join us in this extraordinary year ahead by making your Estimates of Giving for 2021 to the mission and ministry of Chapelwood. We can’t wait to see the harvest God will grow!
