When disaster hits anywhere, Chapelwood faithfully responds in a variety of ways:

• Provide meals, prayer, hospitality and communication to our neighbors affected by the disaster.
• Clear trees to homes in need as identified by Houston Emergency Management.
• Coordinate with The Restoration Team on our response to a local natural disaster such as the Hurricane Beryl. 
• Donations to Chapelwood for purchase of disaster relief supplies to help those affected by the latest storms such as Hurricane Helene and Milton.
• Donations to UMCOR (United Methodist Commitee On Relief) to help with natural disasters around the world.
