Is it possible for United Methodist congregations to be faithful to God’s Word and fully welcoming to LGBTQIA+ persons in the church?

Join us for this six-session study beginning June 17th that offers a safe space where participants are encouraged to develop their own perspective on the Bible’s passages related to human sexuality. Each session will feature a 30-minute video, followed by a time of personal reflection and open dialogue with one another.

Developed by Rev. Rob Fuquay, pastor of one of the largest United Methodist congregations in the country, Faithful and Inclusive creates a safe space for participants to navigate through what some have found to be a thorny issue. The study relies on the biblical-interpretation approach of Methodism’s founder, John Wesley. Each video session also features the faith journeys of members of the LGBTQ community and their families.
