United Women in Faith (UWFaith), formerly United Methodist Women, is a Methodist connectional sisterhood comprising women of all ages and backgrounds. Through our common Methodist bonds, we strive to live out our purpose through social gatherings, service projects, and by learning and encouraging one another.

Purpose: The organized unit of United Methodist Women/United Women in Faith shall be a community of women
whose purpose is to know God and to experience freedom as whole persons through Jesus Christ; to
develop a creative, supportive fellowship; and to expand concepts of mission through participation in
the global ministries of the Church.

Chapelwood UWFaith has a five member Executive Board for 2024-25.

Small groups called Circles meet monthly for fellowship, learning and serving.
Grace Circle meets the third Tuesday of each month, Circle Leader: Vicki Jud
Martha Circle meets the second Wednesday of every month, Circle Leader: Rita Morico
Sarah Circle Meets on Fridays, Circle Leader: Vivienne McKitrick

The "Booked For Lunch" Book Club meets quarterly to read and discuss books recommended from the UWFaith Reading List.

Chapelwood UWFaith is comprised of all women who are in Circles, Book Club and any woman who wishes to attend one of our events. Throughout the year, Chapelwood UWFaith will host luncheons, evening events and group serving opportunities.  We hope you will join us. 

Giving to UWFaith supports the programs presented throughout the year and allows for financial gifts to be shared with global missions of the United Methodist Church. "Undesignated giving" ensures that donated funds are sent where needs are immediate.
